1. Violate Laws or Regulations

Including misuse related to privacy, AI systems, or regulated data.

 

2. Submit Harmful or Unauthorized Data

Including:

• Personal data without proper authorization

• Confidential or sensitive data you are not permitted to use

 

3. Misrepresent Compliance

You may not:

• Falsify compliance status

• Misuse generated outputs to deceive regulators, auditors, or stakeholders

 

4. Abuse the Platform

Including:

• Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit the system

• Uploading malicious code or content

 

5. Unauthorized Access

Attempting to access other users’ data or platform systems without permission is strictly prohibited.

 

Enforcement

 

Violations may result in:

• Suspension or termination of access

• Reporting to authorities where required
