Guy Hendel, started his career in his first business venture, PC Consult, Inc. Founded in New York, NY in June, 1993, and adding a presence in San Francisco, CA, PC Consult provides comprehensive technology services and solutions, including: email security, encryption, and privilege; data collection, retention, and analysis; secure network design and implementation; custom application design, development, and integration. Guy and his staff have done work throughout the U.S., as well as Germany and Israel, for companies of all sizes and types.

 

His experience includes:

  • design, implementation, & consulting for virtualization environments including applications, servers & desktops 

  • email infrastructure planning, implementation, advising and ongoing security

  • end-user activity and forensics, including email use, network use, related data collection and analysis

  • design, implementation, system security, and developing of Internet and Intranet sites

  • hardware and software integration

  • software application design and development including multiple apps on the IBM Domino platform

  • overall technology security

  • litigation support and analysis

Guy has been sought out by both high-profile individuals—e.g., Elizabeth Taylor, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger— and Fortune 500 companies to implement custom, state-of-the-art technology security solutions, providing peace of mind for both their home and business environments. His diverse experience includes software and secure solutions for many types of businesses including, but not limited to:

  • the legal industry: including civil and criminal firms and government agencies

  • the medical industry: including medical offices, clinics, and radiology services

  • the professional services field: including accounting, consulting, and law firms 

  • the security industry: including both residential and commercial security firms

  • the not-for-profit arena: including services for the homeless and community centers

His work with Arthur Andersen, McKesson, and Pitney Bowes represents part of his 25-year working relationship with his fellow On Target Compliance team member Bill Toedter, communications strategist, on various projects.

Bill Toedter, communications strategist, has over 30 years' experience in the corporate communications industry, working with both Fortune 500 companies and start-ups. He brings to One Target Compliance his experience and expertise in the areas of strategic communications planning, tactical execution, and project management across all media and across the disciplines of internal/external corporate communications including, public relations, branding, marketing, and advertising. 

 

Prior to coming to One Target Compliance, Bill has worked with other start-ups, including the ProximID Group. In 1999, he founded Conceptualeyes, LLC, a boutique communications consulting firm, which specialized in multimedia communications including design, development, and execution of various communication vehicles such as, traditional print pieces, on-demand/personalized print pieces, Internet/Intranet sites, online surveys, press releases, and videos. 

During his early career, Bill managed the team at Kwasha Lipton which was responsible for developing the benefits consulting industry's first customized/personalized laser-printed employee communication materials. And in the years that followed, he worked with companies such as T. Rowe Price, The Vanguard Group, Fidelity Investments, and Pitney Bowes Document Outsourcing Services to expand and improve their custom, on-demand print services.  

 

He also worked for Texaco Inc., Bankers Trust, and Zabit & Associates where he served as EVP and Eastern Region Director at the time of its merger with X-ceed Inc. His clients included companies such as Aetna, Arthur Andersen LLP, ASCAP, CIGNA, O’Connor Davies, Philip Morris Companies, Pitney Bowes Inc., Reader’s Digest Association Inc., T. Rowe Price, Transamerica, Trust Company of the West, Tyco, and United Distillers & Vintners (UDV)/Diageo.  

As a consultant, Bill also worked with Fidelity Investments, SmartPros (provider of online and offline continuing education for CPA professionals), and Thompson & Bender (Westchester’s leading PR firm), in developing PR, video, and other communication campaigns and tools for their clients. 

 

Bill also co-developed, with Guy Hendel of PC Consult, Inc., an early web hosting service—Eyessites—for their clients and their business and security applications. Their jointly produced work included: 

  • an online international management survey tool for Pitney Bowes, Inc. in four languages 

  • an online annual review and career planning tool for employees of Arthur Andersen LLP 

  • a business model tool to extend benefit services to Pitney Bowes’ small business customers 

  • an online marketing tool for McKesson’s Pharmaceutical & Medical Supplies Distribution sales force 

Over the years, Bill’s work has been recognized by the following industry awards: IABC Gold Quill Awards (1 Excellence, 1 Merit); IABC Silver Quill Awards (2 Excellence, 4 Merit); Business Insurance (2 Best in Show)
