On Target Compliance provides automated compliance workflows and documentation tools.
We do not provide legal advice. Users are responsible for independent legal review.

 

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Maintain confidentiality of your account

• Use outputs responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws

 

4. Intellectual Property

All platform content, workflows, and outputs remain the property of On Target Compliance, except for user-provided data.

 

5. Data & Security

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect user data; however, no system is completely secure. Users are responsible for safeguarding their access credentials.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

On Target Compliance is not liable for:

• Regulatory outcomes

• Audit results

• Business decisions made based on platform outputs

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

 

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
